Measure from an existing ring

  1. Take an existing ring that fits the desired finger.
  2. Measure its internal diameter (in mm) by placing a ruler ACROSS THE CENTER of the ring.
  3. Use the ring size chart below to determine your ring size.

  1. Cut a strip of paper and wrap it around your finger where you’d like the ring to sit.
  2. Mark the spot where it completes one complete circle and measure the length with a ruler (mm). This length is the circumference of your finger.

Guessing the ring size without measurements

The average ring size for Bangladeshi women is 7, and for men, it is 9. You can choose one size larger or smaller depending on whether your fingers are thinner or thicker than average.
