We strive to source high quality products and also try to provide accurate descriptions along with accurate visual representation of the product, but even then some products may not turn out the way you had pictured in your mind.

You have to kindly let us know about the return or exchanges within 2 days from the time of delivery. The delivery man will pick up the item(s) back from your location. The item(s) should be handed back to the delivery man in its original packaging. Please do secure the packaging with tape/staples to ensure that the packaging cannot be tampered during transportation. Our returns and exchange options are illustrated below.

Return & refunds  

• For returns, contact us within 48 hours from receiving your product in hand.
• Delivery fee will be charged for all returns
• The price of the products (minus the delivery fee) will be refunded back to you in the form of store credit which you can later use to purchase from us.
• The refund amount will be processed within 2-3 working days after we receive the products at hand in undamaged condition.
• Please do not that we do not provide cash refunds. 

Exchange 

• For exchanges, contact us within 48 hours from receiving your product in hand.
• Delivery fee will be charged for all exchanges
• The price of the the new products and the delivery fees will be adjusted with the products you would like to be returned.
• If there is any refundable amount, it will be refunded in the form of store credit within 2-3 working days after after we receive the exchanged products at hand in undamaged condition.

Return delivery fees

• ৳60 within Dhaka Metropolitan area
• ৳90 within Dhaka Suburbs (Gazipur, Savar, Naryanganj and Keraniganj)  
• ৳120 outside Dhaka
