Measure your finger

1. Cut a strip of paper and wrap it around your finger where you’d like the ring to sit.
2. Mark the spot where it completes one complete circle and measure the length with a ruler (mm). This length is the circumference of your finger.
3. Use the ring size chart below to determine your ring size.

 

Guessing the ring size without measurements

The average ring size for Bangladeshi women is 7 and men is 9. You can take a size that is one or even two sizes larger or smaller depending on how your build compares to the average. Or you can always get adjustable rings as they have a much higher chance of having the correct fit without taking any measurements.
